It addresses breakdown risks all homeowners like you have, providing you broader coverage including an incentive opportunity to upgrade your existing equipment or appliance with a more efficient one when damaged by a covered cause of loss and if it requires replacement. Even Loss of Use and Spoilage (sub-limited) is provided for you under Home Systems Protection.
